1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sedna application or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. User Content & Media Disclaimer

Sedna is exclusively a media player software tool. Sedna does NOT supply, host, broadcast, verify, or aggregate any stream, playlist, channel, or video file. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess the necessary rights and legal authorizations to access any stream or content loaded into the application. Sedna does not endorse or facilitate copyright infringement.

3. In-App Subscriptions & Billing

Optional VIP features (such as MultiView and ad removal) are billed through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sedna is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback or compatibility with non-standard stream formats or malfunctioning third-party servers.
